Here in Mozambique, when someone has the same name, we say "he (she) is my Xará (namesake)!
Little Alice is aunt Alice's Xará, one of the girls admitted at the Pediatrics Ward and a loyal company for Alice on the daily tasks of coloring and playing. A simple way to spend the time that everyone has abundantly at the Hospital between chemo treatments.
